Therefore, SCDAI is here to assist you, please complete the form if you have any complaints or reports regarding inappropriate action taken by your institution. All participants will remain anonymous (if you like) and all complaints and reports are used to promote inclusive change and inform education institutes, no bullying or harassment will be permitted.
